SHIPPING CONDITIONS

At GLITTERGOLD.ES/EN, we have a single shipment through Correos España using a certified package. For shipments over €600, the package will be insured for an amount of at least €600.

For purchases over €50 to mainland Spain, shipping costs are free.

For purchases within the EU except to Spain, shipping costs will be €8.50 for purchases up to €300, above this amount shipping will be free.

For orders in which a ring size not available in stock is requested, a maximum of one week will be required to manufacture and ship a ring to the requested size.

Keep in mind that for delivery times to be met you must place the order before 5 p.m. on weekdays. After this time, the order will be processed the next day, since we cannot deliver it to the transport company.

In case the order is paid by transfer. This will not be effective until we receive the transfer import into our checking account. Through the rest of the payment methods, the order will begin to be prepared immediately.

Whenever you place an order at GLITTERGOLD.ES/EN we will inform you by email when we have shipped. In addition, we will monitor the delivery and will contact you if there is any problem. That is why we ask you to provide us with a telephone number during the order process.


DELIVERY TIMES AND DAYS

Please note that Correos España only works from Monday to Friday. They do not deliver on Saturdays or, of course, Sundays or holidays. Furthermore, when we give you delivery dates, we do not take into account whether it is a local or regional holiday at the destination; We only consider national and local holidays of origin.

We cannot guarantee a delivery time. Transport companies may make delivery throughout the agreed day before 8:00 p.m. However, an approximate schedule may be indicated that the company will try to comply with, but is not obligated. If they cannot locate you, the transport company will attempt a second delivery agreed upon with you. If after the second attempt they do not locate you, you must pick up the order at the offices that Correos España has assigned in your country.

ORDERS NOT DELIVERED

If an order is shipped and cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, the import fee paid for shipping costs will not be returned, and other shipping costs will have to be paid again for the resending of the merchandise.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RECEIPT

All our shipments have acknowledgment of receipt in the name of the client, in order to certify the delivery of the merchandise.

RESPONSIBILITY IN DEADLINES AND CARRIER

In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to modify the transport company with which we will send you the package, but always maintaining transit times.

The liability of GLITTERGOLD.ES/EN is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather phenomena that prevent normal traffic by land, sea or air,...). In these cases, orders will be delivered as soon as possible, and the deadlines indicated above will not apply.

In the purchasing process we offer you the possibility of incorporating GLITTERGOLD.ES/EN by registering and creating an account. By registering your identification and shipping data, you can speed up the process for subsequent purchases by simply selecting one of the shipping addresses that you can store, being able to create several, modify them, delete them or enter new ones.
